It's true that this is not a new album -- it came out in January. But I haven't found much else this year that I've loved as much as this album. I keep going back to it time and time again when I need to hear something well-written, gorgeously performed, tastefully produced ... and then theres the James Vincent McMorrow voice. Rank it up there alongside Antony Hegarty of Antony & The Johnsons or Justin Vernon of Bon Iver. Blissful.
